From a simple risk assessment all the way through to envisioning enterprise failure and the “spiral of death,” we will walk participants through a thoughtful and respectful process to help you plan for the worst.
While most contingency planning focuses on what to do when something goes wrong, this session will help you go beyond to help your management and board define a range of scenarios, financial implications, reputational implications, tripwires and most importantly, recovery.
