Jarrod is the global leader of Computershare Governance Services, with over 30 years’ experience. He previously led the Entity Compliance and Governance practice as a partner at EY for over 12 years. He was also a Group Director at TMF Group, a position he held for 5 years. Jarrod has acted as a strategic advisor to general counsels and company secretaries of numerous high profile multinationals, helping them mitigate risk, reduce cost and streamline entity management operations globally.
Natalie has an LLB in Law and a post-graduate Legal Diploma in Legal Practice, with 12 years’ experience having led global managed service delivery teams at Eversheds and EY. Natalie has acted as global client account director for a number of Fortune 500 and FTSE350 clients across a multitude of sectors. She has also led on a number of high profile spin-off and group re-organization projects, including process design, step-plan management and cross-functional PMO activities.
Natalie has been part of the digital transformation agenda to provide clients with governance and compliance insights, through better online access to data, analytics and reporting.
