The Annual General Meeting ("Meeting") of Members of Governance Professionals of Canada will be conducted via ZOOM on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST to conduct the following business:

Receive the report of the Board of Directors;
Receive the annual audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2021, the report of the Public Accountant and Report of the Treasurer;
Appoint the Public Accountant for GPC for the 2021-2022 financial year and authorize the directors to fix the remuneration;
Elect the Board of Directors of GPC for a term ending at the close of the next Annual Meeting; and
Transact further and other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting.
