This three-hour interactive, virtual workshop will provide governance professionals with the knowledge and practical tools they need to support their board’s oversight of digital transformation (DT). Digital transformation is the process of using digital technologies to create new – or modify existing – business processes, business model, culture and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements.
