He is at the forefront of launching the next-generation advisory services, blending specialized advisory consultation, corporate governance and proxy solicitation guidance for today's IRO's, C-Suite executives and Board of Directors. Frank has spearheaded some of the largest advisory services, M&A and spin-off deals in the last two decades. Frank began his career in 1996 as a Senior Analyst and Team Leader of the stock watch department for Kissel-Blake, Inc., a predecessor of Computershare. Through an acquisition in 1998, he moved on to Citigate DeweRogerson Inc. a precursor to iPreo, where he was a Senior Analyst servicing global and mega-cap clients in an advisory consultation capacity. Most recently, he was the head of Thomson Reuters Advisory Services. Over the past 17 years, Frank has served as an external advisor to many Fortune 100 issuers and a trusted consultant to the NYSE, LSE, Bovespa, Micex and Frankfurt stock exchanges. He created the original fixed income-only division in the advisory services arena and pioneered regulatory, tax and litigation analysis from an investor relations capacity.
