I am interested in comparing our current secretariat structure to others (size, levels, natural career paths, reporting, etc.), and considering what is needed for the future of work.

Has anyone established a matrix organization chart given the necessity of the governance professional to work with and through both the board and senior management? Has anyone considered if their structure may change post pandemic to reflect new and future governance operations?
