Hi everyone, I'm working on a format/template on a first stand-alone integrated report to the Board on the company's ESG work. Previously, components of what essentially constitute our ESG work have gone to Committees per Committee mandates, and at different cadences. I'm looking for info on how companies report on ESG to either the relevant Committee or the Board. Even a list of subtitles in the Committee/Board memo would be of assistance.

Hi Carlton,

Our HRCG/Board has asked us to consider ESG but we've pushed back a bit on this one as we are in the process of developing the organizations DEI program. We don't want to over promise and under deliver :)
