Hello,

I am in the beginning stages of creating a Board Performance Improvement Plan, using results from the Annual Board Evaluations. I am wondering if anyone has a template they are willing to share?

Hi Tanya,

I am pleased to share our Board evaluation action plan. This document is updated quarterly for the Governance Committee to monitor the completion of recommendations.
