I have always listed the time of health breaks in minutes. Is this required/best practice?

If it's a five/ten minute bio break, I don't bother recording those in the minutes. I'll record a thirty minute lunch break to demonstrate why the meeting ended at x time.

About ten minutes is our threshold too for typical half-day meetings.
