Requirements for distribution of board meeting materials

    Is there a time requirement for when Board meeting materials must be distributed to directors prior to a regularly scheduled meeting?  Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

    There is no "limit" set in stone - every board/organization is different.  That said, virtually every board I know greatly prefers having one full week to review materials prior to the board meeting.
