We are creating an investment committee and trying to benchmark  compensation rates for similar funds.  Consultants are more expensive than we want to spend and we expect that an informal benchmarking would be acceptable to the Board.  Would anyone be willing to share the compensation paid to the members of their investment committee and the size of the portfolio under investment?  Our fund is about $70M.
