    I have drafted minutes for our AGM that are normally prepared and signed by our Corporate Secretary who has since left our organization. I was the Assistant Corporate Secretary at the time of the meeting and am currently Acting Corporate Secretary. I will sign the minutes along with the Chair of the Board when they are approved. Which title do I put under my name - my title at the time of the meeting? Or my title at the time they were approved.
