We are a medium sized private corporation with approximately 100 shareholders. Currently we hold one annual meeting per year, and special meetings if required. With proper notice, the AGM agenda items include Opening Remarks from the Chairman, Approval of past Minutes, President's Report, Chairman's Report, Audited Financial Statements, Appontment of Auditors and Approval of Slate of Directors. In past years, the Chairman has also sent out quarterly reports to the Shareholders which include updated financial results etc. Not including the AGM, I would be interested to know how frequently other firms share this information (if at all) with their shareholders and what other information is shared with their shareholders in written format.
