We are a small - medium sized private corporation. Currently legal counsel issues the share certificates, maintains the share registry etc. However, all paperwork associated with the shareholdings, sales, transfers etc. of the company is completed by the Corporate Secretary. I would be interested to know what software other companies are using to maintain their records. In researching, we have found a few somewhat useful applications, but none cover all of our needs, dividends, stated capital reduction etc. Any ideas?
