    Do you know of a company that offers a course/seminar on plain English writing, specifically geared towards public disclosure documents (MD&A, annual report, proxy circulars, AIF)?

    I am not familiar with any particular courses, but a good starting point is the SEC's plain English handbook  (http://www.sec.gov/pdf/handbook.pdf).
