Requesting Board practices to approve the Corporate Responsibility Report. Does your Board approve the Report or has the Board delegated the authority to another Committee to approve the Report?

Our EH&S Committee recommends it for approval to the Board, and then the Board approves it

(Medium Size Public Company) The CSR Report constitutes part of the company's public disclosure (with all attendant risks and obligations) so we pass it through the same process that is used for all other documents but for the fact that the EH&S Committee of the Board recommends it for approval to the Board at large, instead of the Audit Committee (i.e. Disclosure Committee to EH&S to Board).

The Corporate Responsibility Report does not receive approval from TransCanada Corporation's Board.
