Our Board of Directors is considering setting up a Technology Committee. We haven't been able to find many organisations that have Technology Committees that report to the Board.

We are interested to know if your organisation has a Technology Committee.

We have a Technical Committee of the Board - but it might be different than the type of Committee you are setting up. Ours focuses on the Technical aspects of our work project (vs. IT technology and that kind of thing). If you want to reach out to me feel free for more info, please feel free to do so.

We don't have a governance technology committee. However, IT-related issues are reported to the Finance, Audit, and Human Resources Committee when relevant.

IT project updates are also reported directly to the Board under our Management Report.
