    We are interested in learning what type of policies are used by your organization for the management of the board.  Do you use governance guidelines, or meeting guidelines outside of the charters? Do you have a position description for the corporate secretary position? Do you have overall governance principles used by the board to manage their work?

    We welcome your input.

    Hi Carla, we're currently establishing guidelines for management engaging with the board, along with our various board-approved governance policies.  The latter is available on atb.com under governance if there's anything that would be helpful for you.  I can also share our current draft guideline, although it's more focused on how management can make best use of the board, rather than how directors should interact with eachother.  Let me know if I can help.  afriedenthal@atb.com
