Looking for practices from other companies with respect to CEOs that sit on other Boards and receive Director fees for sitting on the other Board. Are there any issues in doing this?

Is the CEO allowed to keep the Director fees paid to them from sitting on other Boards separately?

Do your companies require the payment from the other Board to be paid to the company?

Does your company have a policy with respect to such payment?

Are there any prohibitions for the CEO sitting on other Boards and getting paid for this?
