Hi all -

I know Diligent is the gold standard for board portals. I was just wondering if anyone has experience with any of the other (read: cheaper) portals and if there's one they'd recommend.

We use Nasdaq Boardvantage. I understand it's a little cheaper than Diligent (but I'm not totally sure). My ACS (who has used both) says it's not as easy to use as Diligent but it's generally pretty good.

We use Aprio and we're pretty happy with it. Different from Diligent (I've used that too) and less expensive.

I'd caution you about Nasdaq Boardvantage, since we upgraded to that from Boardvantage MeetX it has not been a good experience (message me if you want details).

We are a small board and use Nasdaq Boardvantage. I find it very easy to use and my Directors are comfortable with it.
