Since our Board members are located across the country, we had always given orientation remotely (PPTs emailed in advance and then a teleconference mainly for Q&As).  With the implementation of Zoom, we have done our orientation via videoconference which is much more engaging.  Further, we recorded sessions that are posted for future Board members to view at their leisure.  The orientation session itself will most likely be mainly Q&A in nature rather than the PPT presentation.
