Hi,
I was wondering how other organizations are approaching Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within their organization and Board. I was hoping you could point me in the right direction for examples of:
- Terms of Reference for such a committee
- Diversity and Inclusion Policies that may already exist for Boards, Staff and Procurement.
- Initiatives around internal training around these issues
- More generally, concrete actions that have been taken around reconciliation and systemic racism.
