Good afternoon,

We are a private family foundation and currently have a Governance and Nominating sub-Committee. In the past the Board elects the committee members who consists of the past-Chair, the current Chair, Co-Vice Chairs and the President & CEO- who is the only non-Board staff member.

Should any other non-Board staff member be included in this committee? If so, who?
