Our Secretary-Treasurer is leaving in the next few  weeks. Our CEO is not ready to name another staff member in their place. Can a Board Director (Trustee) hold these positions in the interim without any Treasurer or Secretary experience? Can they be named and be consulted by senior staff who have some expertise in this area? What are the minimum qualifications for holding these positons (Treasurer and Secretary)?
