Process for Minute Review

I'm inquiring on the process of what others do when getting minutes reviewed before formal approval at the next meeting. For committees, I send them first to the Executive Resource responsible for the committee to review and then the Committee Chair for their review. The minutes then go to the next committee meeting for approval. Is this still common practice?

We follow a similar review process, with the CEO reviewing as well.

We follow a similar process as well. If time allows we also circulate to the Committee members early to get their feedback before the meeting.

Hi. Prior to sending to the executive member responsible for the Committee, I send to other management who were present at the meeting (i.e. for Audit Committee, the Controller and VP FInance attend so I send to them prior to sending to the CFO). After CFO review, then approval process the same as you outline.
